Pastor Casey is a 1993 graduate of Christ For the Nations Institute in Dallas, Texas. He completed a 1 year internship at Church on The Rock in Fort Worth, Texas, and upon returning to Canada was ordained by Victory Churches of Canada in June of 1997.
